Role Summary: We are seeking a proactive Business Development Trainee to help identify and generate new business opportunities. This role is essential for building a strong sales pipeline and establishing initial contact with potential clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify potential clients through various channels.
- Conduct outbound lead generation activities (e.g., cold calling, email outreach).
- Develop and execute prospecting strategies.
- Engage with prospects to understand their HR needs.
- Qualify leads and prioritize opportunities.
- Initiate strategic partnerships to enhance market presence.
- Conduct market research and prepare regular performance reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Recent graduate (within the past 2 years).
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Passionate about business development.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Desirable Skills:
- Active listening and clear communication.
- Persuasion, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
