Summary
The Danish Refugee Council (DRC) is seeking a skilled MEAL Officer for the URRI Programme, which focuses on enhancing climate resilience and promoting sustainable development in refugee and host communities. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage MEAL strategies and workplans.
- Support quality program management through monitoring and evaluation.
- Implement and support MEAL frameworks, including data protection and ethical standards.
- Monitor results, support field data collection, and ensure data quality and security.
- Facilitate community feedback mechanisms and process complaints.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in International Development, Social Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in social work, community development, or NGO sector.
- Experience with data collection tools and understanding of Core Humanitarian Standards (CHS).
- Proficient in MS Office and data analysis tools.

- Participate in data collection, results monitoring, and adherence to ethical standards.

- Engage in capacity building and training for field staff.
