About the Role:
As an Area Business Manager at Sun King, you will oversee the sales, collections, and distribution operations for our solar products in your assigned area. You’ll be responsible for hiring and managing a team of Energy Officers, driving sales and collections targets, and ensuring the growth of our Direct Distribution network.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire & Retain Energy Officers: Recruit, train, and manage a team of at least 40 Energy Officers.
- Training & Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to Energy Officers on various aspects of the business.
- Sales & Collections Targets: Achieve and exceed sales and collection goals.
- Field Visits & Engagement: Conduct regular field visits, joint work with Energy Officers, and manage customer and agent relations.
- Customer Service: Resolve customer issues and ensure exceptional service.
- Marketing & Expenses: Manage marketing materials, equipment, and control marketing spend.
Qualifications:
- Degree in a Business-related field or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on sales experience.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong customer care experience and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Excellent planning, organizing, and relationship-building abilities.

The Store Executive will manage store performance, including inventory management, stock reporting, repairs, and overall store maintenance. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of our store and meeting performance targets.

- Inventory Management: Track and manage stock, perform cycle counts, and handle stock updates and disposals.
- Reports: Prepare and report daily stock status and inventory needs.
- Repairs: Manage repairs and spare parts, including basic repairs and tool maintenance.
- Store Management: Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and assist customers and Energy Officers.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in a related field.
- 2 years of relevant experience.
- Effective communication, problem-solving, and report-writing skills.
- Knowledge of Sun King products is a plus.
