Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the MEL system in line with the USAID results framework.
- Coordinate data collection and field visits, ensure data quality, and support adaptive management.
- Oversee the project’s technical information management system and collaborate with stakeholders including the Government of Uganda and the Ministry of Health (MOH).
- Provide reports on project performance and document lessons learned.
Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in a relevant field and 8-10 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation for complex programs in developing countries.
- Expertise in MEL methodologies, integrated health services, and supply chain metrics.
- Experience with USAID programs preferred.
- Strong skills in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and DHIS2.

- Oversee procurement, grants, logistics, and ensure compliance with USAID regulations.
- Manage contract budgets, ensure adherence to policies, and provide leadership in financial operations.
- Collaborate with the Chief of Party and project leadership to ensure efficient resource allocation and compliance.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in business administration, finance, or accounting with 8-10 years of experience in financial and operational management for international development projects.
- Experience with USAID-funded projects and knowledge of USAID financial reporting requirements.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with fluency in English.
