Job Summary: We are seeking four Administration Clerks to join our team in Tilenga, East Africa. This role is integral to ensuring smooth and efficient administrative operations within our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general clerical duties including data entry, filing, and record keeping.
- Manage and organize office supplies and equipment.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle communication with clients and staff, including answering phones and emails.
- Support other administrative tasks as required.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- No formal education or work experience requirements.
Work Hours:
- 8 hours per day.
