Sales Supervisor
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our team. This role involves overseeing the sales team, managing advertising revenue for our local channels, and ensuring sponsorship projects are effectively handled. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in advertising sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Supervisor:

• Supervise and mentor the sales team to achieve targets.
• Write compelling proposals and conduct high-level client pitches.
• Manage commissions and provide accurate weekly reports.
• Develop sales projections and forecasts for strategic planning.
• Support and train sales personnel during field visits.
  
  Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in advertising sales with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and innovative advertising solution.

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to drive advertising revenue for our local channels and manage sponsorship projects. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in advertising sales or a related field, with a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
