Summary: Baylor Uganda is seeking a Stores Assistant to manage the storage, stock control, and issuance of drugs, laboratory supplies, and consumable materials. This role is crucial for ensuring the timely and efficient distribution of resources in line with organizational guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement individual work plans for store operations, meeting quarterly targets.
2. Support the receipt process for organizational items, materials, and supplies.
3. Check and dispatch items, issue store supplies to users, and manage distribution.
4. Conduct monthly cycle counts and update stock statuses regularly.
5. Track inventory electronically using the Navision system.
6. Ensure the store is secure, organized, and hygienic.
7. Maintain updated records of all store activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Diploma in Procurement and Supply Chain Management or CIPS (Level 2 Diploma preferred).
• At least 2 years of experience in store management.

Job Title: PMTCT/HCT Officer

Summary: The PMTCT/HCT Officer will support districts in implementing HIV testing services, prevention of mother-to-child transmission (PMTCT), and other HIV prevention programs. This role involves capacity building, supervision, and monitoring of quality services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare quarterly work plans and budgets for HTS, PMTCT, EID, and targeted HIV prevention services.
2. Build capacity in health workers and community stakeholders through training and mentorship.
3. Supervise and monitor innovative strategies to increase HTS yield and community engagement.
4. Oversee health facility-community referral activities and performance reviews.
5. Support the integration of family planning in HIV and PMTCT services.
6. Participate in HIV operational research and disseminate findings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Degree in Nursing (Reproductive Health) or related field, with registration from a professional body.
• 3 years of related experience in technical assistance and health system strengthening.
