Job Purpose:
The Business Analyst will focus on understanding stakeholder needs and defining solutions that meet those needs.
Key Accountabilities:
- Understand departmental needs within the Bank’s strategy and align them with business objectives.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements for development teams.
- Elicit and document functional and technical requirements.
- Conduct analysis to define project scope and objectives.
- Create documents like requirements management plans, use cases, and user stories.
- Coordinate problem-solving sessions to address new constraints during implementation.
- Confirm delivery of business requirements to stakeholders.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computing, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in technology, business analysis, or change management in financial services or fintech.
- Professional certifications such as CCBA or CBAP are required.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.

Job Title: Credit Documentation and Securities Officer
Reporting to: Manager – Credit Documentation and Securities
Job Purpose:
The Credit Documentation and Securities Officer will review credit documentation to mitigate risks and minimize operational losses.
Key Accountabilities:
- Confirm that credit and entity documents are enforceable.
- Review and complete documentation from the Loan Origination System.
- Maintain trackers for reviewed files and update security details.
- Manage external lawyers’ submissions and ensure all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Handle documentation-related queries and report breaches.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Practice or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in a law firm.
- Strong communication and document management skills, with high attention to detail.
