Overview:
Building Tomorrow (BT) is an international nonprofit organization dedicated to delivering universal access to quality education in Uganda. With a community-powered approach, we strive to create positive learning outcomes for all. As part of our expansion, we seek passionate individuals for two key positions within the Targeting the Learning Crisis (TLC) project: Project Manager and Project Director.
Position Highlights: The Project Manager will oversee day-to-day project implementation, ensuring compliance with TLC objectives and BT strategies. This role requires strong management experience and excellent communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily execution of program activities and monitor progress towards objectives.
- Ensure compliance with USAID regulations and BT policies.
- Coordinate field logistics, budget management, and submission of field reports.
- Support data collection and contribute to program performance analysis.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in program management, preferably in education or international development.
- Experience managing field-based teams in rural areas.
- Familiarity with USAID regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, International Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
