About Us
Autocom Japan is the 3rd largest used car exporter in Japan, with a branch office in Kampala for over three years. We are seeking talented and skilled sales consultants to join our team and help expand our business.
Duties
- Sell used cars from Japan and increase our market share in Uganda.
- Prospect new customers and expand sales nationwide.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and attract new customers from the local market.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of sales experience in the auto industry (previous experience is a plus).
- Preferably female candidates.
- Strong communication skills.
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to deliver results.
- Proficiency in English and Luganda.
- Familiarity with internet and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
Additional Information
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Work Hours: 8 hours per day
- Age Requirement: 20 – 30 years
