Job Summary:
The Business Solutions Specialist will play a critical role in identifying and responding to new business opportunities while managing the fulfillment of client requirements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong business acumen, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in business development.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Develop annual business plans for products and services to guide strategy and decision-making.
2. Create proposals with solutions that address client needs and requests, liaising with stakeholders and ensuring submission deadlines are met.
3. Utilize business judgment to determine effective follow-up mechanisms for closing business with new and existing clients.
4. Identify and manage clients’ health commodity requirements throughout the value chain.
5. Maintain client relationships by obtaining feedback, resolving concerns, and providing support and guidance.
6. Communicate effectively with target audiences including clients, partners, and suppliers, adhering to company policies.
7. Write and present monthly reports on client needs, new business solutions, and challenges according to departmental procedures.

Qualifications, Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Business Administration, Procurement and Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in business development.
• Credit (or above) in English and Mathematics at Ordinary level is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role.
• Prior experience with a medical supply chain entity is advantageous.
• Proven expertise in market research analysis and product development.
• Strong negotiation skills and sales acumen.
• Self-starter with strong perseverance and team management capabilities.

Work Hours: 8 hours per day
