Job Summary:

Come Again Investments Limited is seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Officers to enhance our presence across all branches. The successful candidates will be tasked with meeting sales targets, developing marketing strategies, and fostering strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:

• Achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements.

Marketing:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Come Again products.
• Conduct market research and analyze customer needs.
• Create and distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, etc.).
• Manage and create content for social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure marketing aligns with sales objectives.

Reporting and Administration:

• Submit regular sales reports and market analysis to the Sales and Marketing Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and marketing efforts.
• Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of proven sales and marketing experience.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid driving license.

Working Conditions:

• Work across all branches.
• Frequent travel may be required.
• Work outside regular office hours may be necessary.
