Summary:
GS Real Estate Enterprise is seeking a skilled Concrete Batching Plant Manager to oversee the operations of our concrete batching plant in Kampala. This role demands a proactive leader with a proven track record in plant management, ensuring high-quality concrete production, and optimizing plant efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the concrete batching plant.
- Ensure quality and consistency in concrete production.
- Manage plant personnel and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Optimize plant efficiency and productivity.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum high school diploma or GED; Associate Degree preferred.
- Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL), Class A or B, is preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in Ready Mix or similar duties within aggregate, asphalt, or construction operations.
- Total of 13 years of experience in the construction industry.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Proven track record in successful plant management.
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Experience Required: 60 months

Position : Contract & Claim Engineer

Summary:
We are also hiring a Contract & Claim Engineer to manage contracts and agreements for our real estate projects. This role requires extensive experience in contract administration and a solid understanding of contract law and dispute resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts and agreements for real estate projects.
- Review and analyze contract terms and conditions.
- Resolve contract disputes and claims.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and support.
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering Management.
- 15 years of total experience in construction engineering, with at least 8 years in contract administration.
- Strong understanding of contract law and dispute resolution.
- Excellent technical knowledge and problem-solving skills.
- Proven track record in successful contract management.
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
Experience Required: 180 months
