Job Details
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Cost Control: Verify costs against approved budgets and contractual commitments accurately and timely.
- Budget Development: Create thorough budgets reflecting key cost drivers and rates.
- Reporting: Produce reliable periodic and ad-hoc reports to inform stakeholders of actual costs, forecasts, and variances.
- Stakeholder Management: Support budget holders on cost control, budgeting, and reporting matters.
- Work Organization: Maintain up-to-date templates, procedures, and guidelines every quarter.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- BSc Degree in Finance or related field. Professional qualifications are a plus.
- 1 to 3+ years of relevant experience (reporting, financial analysis, cost control).
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented and results-driven.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data analysis is advantageous.
- Fluent in English.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Liaison Duties: Communicate with affected communities to address security concerns.
- Security Management: Oversee security contractors at EACOP sites and camps.
- Incident Reporting: Analyze and report on security incidents and maintain a database of events.
- Risk Assessments: Conduct Security Risk Assessments and develop Security Plans.
- Training & Procedures: Develop and deliver security training and maintain security protocols.
Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:
- Higher National Diploma or relevant professional experience.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).
- Computer literate in MS Office.
- 10 years’ experience in corporate security supervision, preferably in the O&G sector.
- Knowledge of security standards (VPSHR, ISPS Code) is required.
- Clean police record and valid driving license.
- Military or law enforcement background is highly desirable.
