Job Summary: RCS Consult is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to manage and optimize our credit processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in credit control, a strong analytical mindset, and excellent negotiation skills.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Evaluate creditworthiness of new and existing clients, set credit limits, and monitor outstanding debts.
- Ensure timely collection of payments while maintaining positive client relationships. Follow up on overdue invoices and implement effective collection strategies.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks by reviewing credit policies and assessing client financial health.
- Maintain accurate records of client transactions including invoices, payments, and credit terms.
- Generate reports on outstanding debts, cash flow, and credit risks for management review.
- Collaborate with sales and finance teams to resolve credit disputes or issues.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in credit control, preferably in banking or insurance.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to assess credit risk.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Background in the banking sector is advantageous.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conduct door-to-door marketing and sign up new clients.
- Negotiate contracts with prospective clients and meet or exceed sales goals.
- Generate leads and promote company programs within the community.
- Visit clients and potential clients to assess needs and promote services.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a High School diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in sales or a related field; experience in waste management is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
