Vacancy: Head of Agency Development (HoAD)

Reporting to: Chief Agency Officer of PAUL
Role Overview: The Head of Agency Development will lead the agency development function, focusing on driving performance in various business metrics, including manpower, active agents, new business, and premium income.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve targets for agents, new business, and premium income.
- Monitor and drive performance in metrics such as APE, gross written premiums, persistency, and product mix.
- Grow the number of millionaires within the agency.
Core Competencies Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Professional qualification in insurance (or progress towards it).
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the insurance or financial industry.
- Proven sales experience in agency management.
- Strong stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Excellent people development, organizational, and execution skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-activity, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
- Track record of successful management.

Role Overview: The Agency Development Executive will coach and mentor agents to meet set targets and enhance their performance across key business metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support agents in achieving targets for manpower, new business, premium income, and product mix.
- Focus on improving persistency and increasing the number of millionaires.
Core Competencies Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field.
- Professional qualification in insurance (or progress towards it).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the insurance industry.
- Sales experience in agency management or related fields.
- Effective stakeholder relationship management skills.
- Strong people development and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, high-activity environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
- Proven management capabilities.
