Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Recruit and hire qualified personnel.
- Manage employee relations and address employee concerns.

Required Qualifications:

- Coordinate with design and creative teams to produce high-quality marketing assets.
Required Qualifications:
- MBA or BA in Marketing from a premier institute (MICA Preferred).
- 15 years of work experience in marketing, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Creative and innovative thinking.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
