Job Overview:
The IT Officer will manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring the smooth operation of technology systems. This role involves providing technical support, managing hardware and software resources, and ensuring network reliability and data security.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT-related problems efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Network Administration:
- Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and VPN.
- Monitor network performance and ensure system reliability.
- Implement and manage network security measures.
- System Administration:
- Administer company servers, including file, email, and web servers.
- Perform regular backups and ensure data security.
- Manage user accounts and access rights.
- Software Management:
- Install, update, and maintain software applications.
- Ensure software licenses are compliant with legal requirements.
- Provide training and support on software applications.
- IT Projects:
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades and migrations.
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures.
- Research and recommend new technologies.
- Data Management:
- Ensure data security and privacy with appropriate measures.
- Perform data backups and recovery operations.
- Maintain and update database systems.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain documentation of IT systems and processes.
- Generate reports on system performance, issues, and resolutions.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL V4) are preferred.
Experience Required:
- At least 5 years in IT support and network administration.
- Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network systems.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, network protocols, and server administration.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.

Job Purpose:
The Quality Assurance Trainee supports the Quality Assurance Supervisor in maintaining product quality and regulatory compliance. This role involves performing inspections, conducting investigations, and supporting quality systems and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection and Quality Control:
- Conduct inspections of manufacturing processes and facilities to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Review batch records and test results for accuracy.
- Non-Conformance Management:
- Investigate and propose resolutions for non-conformances and deviations.
- Collaborate on corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs).
- Document Control:
- Develop and implement Quality Assurance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Manage quality-related documents and ensure compliance with data integrity.
- Training and Development:
- Provide training on quality procedures and cGMP standards.
- Assist in developing training materials and conducting sessions.
- Audits and Inspections:
- Participate in internal and external audits.
- Address audit observations and implement improvements.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Identify and implement process improvements in quality assurance activities.
- Batch Release Support:
- Assist in ensuring finished products meet quality specifications before distribution.
- Supplier Quality Management:
- Perform supplier audits and evaluations for raw and packaging materials.
- Qualification, Validation, Verification:
- Support and document qualifications, validations, and verifications in various departments.
Academic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.
Experience Required:
- No prior experience required; however, knowledge of cGMP and quality standards is essential.
Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
