Job Title: Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Expert

About the Position:
The MEL Expert will lead the design and implementation of comprehensive MEL frameworks for multiple projects and programs. This role involves strategic oversight, data collection, analysis, and fostering a culture of evidence-based learning and adaptive management within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement MEL strategies aligning with organizational goals.
• Design MEL frameworks, including theories of change and results-based management systems.
• Oversee project-specific MEL plans and evaluations.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptive management.
• Analyze data and prepare high-quality MEL reports.
• Provide technical guidance and capacity building on MEL methodologies.

Education Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Statistics, Public Health, Economics, or a related field.
• Postgraduate studies in Project Planning or MEL are desirable.

Preferred Skills:

• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Experience:

• 3-5 years in MEL roles with large-scale, multi-country development programs.
• Experience in designing and leading complex evaluations.

Job Title: Education and Skilling Consultant

About the Position:
The Education and Skilling Consultant will design, implement, and evaluate education and skills development programs. This role requires expertise in educational methodologies, vocational training, and capacity-building initiatives to enhance employability and lifelong learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop education and skilling programs.
• Conduct needs assessments and develop curricula and training materials.
• Oversee program implementation and monitor progress.
• Provide training and support to educators and facilitators.
• Develop M&E frameworks and analyze data for program improvement.
• Build and maintain partnerships with educational institutions and stakeholders.

Education Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Vocational Training, Development Studies, or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong project management, communication, and curriculum development skills.
• Familiarity with M&E tools and methodologies.

Experience:

• 5+ years in education program design and evaluation, with a focus on vocational training or skills development.
