1. Receptionist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk operations, greeting guests warmly and professionally.
• Handle reservations and inquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
• Maintain organization and attention to detail in all administrative tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role, preferably in hospitality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in computer usage and reservation systems.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of multiple languages is an advantage.

• Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, or Food and Beverage Management.
• Certification in Food Safety and Hygiene.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in restaurant management software.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
