Job Purpose:
The Regional Credit Administrator will oversee accurate and timely credit supervision across regions to ensure adherence to credit quality and risk management standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review daily disbursement reports for correct processing fees, stamp duty, insurance, and interest rates.
• Confirm credit terms in the system against loan fact sheets and disburse loans according to credit policy.
• Conduct post-disbursement reviews to ensure compliance with approval terms.
• Initiate payments for leasing customer transactions.
• Monitor transaction processing for accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to credit covenant compliance and contract management processes.

Minimum Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Required Experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in credit supervision.

Person Specifications:

• Mature, intelligent, diligent, and able to work under pressure.
• Proven track record in loan portfolio management and credit control.
• High integrity, well-organized, and knowledgeable in credit policies.
• Team player with leadership capabilities, able to motivate staff.
• Willingness to work in any region where Pride has operations.
• Strong professional communication skills.
• Age not exceeding 40 years.

Internal Staff Qualification:
For current employees, achieving at least 80% of performance targets in recent evaluations is required.

Job Purpose:
The Relationship Officer – Agribusiness will focus on recruiting and nurturing new agribusiness relationships, managing the Bank’s agribusiness portfolio, and enhancing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and sustain new agribusiness deals and grow existing relationships.
• Manage client portfolios to optimize revenue through appropriate product bundles.
• Negotiate and structure transactions to balance client value and bank interests.
• Prepare high-quality credit proposals and manage turnaround times.
• Manage arrears and maintain the loan portfolio’s NPA percentage.
• Enhance the Bank’s brand and maintain detailed documentation of relationships and transactions.

Minimum Academic Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in agriculture or related discipline.
• 2 Principal passes at A’ Level.
• Credit/Pass in English and Mathematics at O’ Level.
