Job Purpose:
As the Sector Head – ICT, you will report to the Head of Coverage and be pivotal in shaping and executing business plans for the ICT sector in alignment with the overall Corporate Banking strategy. You will lead a team of Relationship Managers (RMs) and collaborate with product houses and retail teams to maximize revenue, grow the sector balance sheet, and manage risk.

Key Accountabilities:

• Oversee and manage client portfolios, providing leadership to RMs/SRMs.
• Achieve corporate banking revenue targets from the ICT segment.
• Originate and assess business propositions for new and existing clients.
• Protect the bank from loss while maximizing returns, adhering to business strategies.
• Execute sales plans and ensure product budget commitments are met.
• Develop strategies for customer retention and expand the bank’s share of business.
• Represent the bank in industry events, strengthening the corporate brand.
• Implement monitoring and control procedures to manage the asset portfolio.
• Lead and manage the sector team, including performance, training, and leave management.
• Drive growth in customer numbers and achieve financial targets.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

• University degree in ICT or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Sales and technology background with 5 years of experience in Relationship Management or similar roles.
• 3-5 years of experience in people management.
• Deep understanding of corporate banking products and services.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to manage complex workloads and tight deadlines.

Job Title: Head of Credit Risk Management

Reporting to: Chief Risk Officer

Job Purpose:
In the role of Head of Credit Risk Management, reporting to the Chief Risk Officer, you will be responsible for managing and implementing credit risk strategies and establishing a robust credit risk assessment framework for the bank.

Key Accountabilities:

• Review and update Bank-wide policies to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
• Advise on credit risk management policies and participate in their review.
• Monitor credit department activities to ensure compliance with risk appetite and policies.
• Analyze and measure credit risk related to projects and recommend actions for loss mitigation.
• Enhance credit risk controls and develop new frameworks for risk management.
• Lead training workshops on credit risk management and conduct lessons learned sessions.
• Oversee the accuracy of credit risk analytics and validate model methodologies.
• Participate in the ICAAP process and stress testing, making recommendations for action.
• Manage the credit risk team, providing coaching, mentoring, and development opportunities.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

• University degree in Economics, Statistics, Accountancy, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification in Credit Risk Management.
• 8 years of experience in credit risk management or related fields.
• Strong managerial skills with expertise in quantitative credit risk modeling.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Experience with credit risk controls and regulatory compliance.
