About the Role:
The Specialist Sr, Human Resources & Administrative will oversee HR and administrative functions to support the country office staff, ensuring efficient HR operations and compliance with policies and laws. This role partners closely with the Senior HR Manager and involves a diverse range of responsibilities including employee engagement, compliance, and supply chain management.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate HR activities including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management.
  • Manage personnel files, employee grievances, and insurance queries.
  • Oversee procurement, logistics, fleet, and asset management.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget and monthly payroll.
  • Ensure compliance with ChildFund policies and local labor laws.
  • Represent ChildFund in HR networks and handle internal/external audits.

Required Experience and Education:

  • 5–7 years in HR and administration, preferably in a multicultural environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Certifications in HR or related fields are desirable.
  • Experience in procurement, office management, and logistics is advantageous.

Required Competencies:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS and relevant software.
  • Ability to work in a multi-national environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • High level of confidentiality and flexibility.

Vacancy: Assistant Sr, Procurement

About the Role:
The Assistant Sr, Procurement will manage the procurement and delivery of goods and services, ensuring efficiency and value for money. This role involves coordinating procurement activities, maintaining procurement records, and supporting procurement processes and documentation.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Implement and monitor procurement strategies and schedules.
  • Evaluate bids and ensure materials meet specifications.
  • Manage procurement records, contracts, and local purchase orders.
  • Support budget management and ensure timely payments.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and maintain procurement policies.

Required Experience and Education:

  • 2 years of experience in a similar role within a child-focused development institution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Post-graduate Diploma in Procurement and Supplies Management is an advantage.

Required Competencies:

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity and compliance with policies.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and procurement management software.
