Summary: Fine Media Ltd is seeking a dedicated Support, Accounts professional to manage and oversee the company’s financial operations. This role requires accuracy in maintaining financial records, preparing statements, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and file tax returns.
- Assist in preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
- Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor financial performance and identify trends and variances.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies.
- Collaborate with other departments for financial planning.
- Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Maintain and update accounting software and systems.
- Manage payroll processing.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and best practices.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of financial information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- CPA designation preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, tax preparation, and compliance.
- Experience with financial analysis, budgeting, and audits.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
