Ugandan gospel singer Damasco Ssesanga has held a press conference ahead of his highly anticipated “Very Weelo” concert scheduled for this Friday at Ndere Cultural Centre.
The press conference was attended by fellow gospel artists, pastors, friends and supporters who gathered to wish Damasco success ahead of the big celebration.
Damasco was accompanied by his mentor and father figure Pastor Wilson Bugembe, who supported and cared for him after the loss of his mother. Other gospel figures who stood with him included Levixone, President Laneck, King of Radio Wesley, Bruno K and several other musicians.
The press conference was held at Ndere Cultural Centre as preparations for the concert continued, with a major stage already being set up for the event.
Damasco promised fans and attendees a memorable celebration of gospel music, calling upon them to turn up and celebrate together.
Tickets for the concert are already on sale, with fans also purchasing tables ahead of Friday’s event.
With preparations now in high gear, all roads lead to Ndere Cultural Centre this Friday for “Very Weelo.”
