The State was represented by Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions attorneys Joseph Kyomuhendo, Marion BenBella and Carol Tabaro.
The death sentence brings the case against the two accused to an end, while the murder trial involving their three remaining co-accused is set to continue.
The three co-accused are expected back in court on September 8, 2026, when proceedings will resume.
Engineer Bbosa’s murder attracted significant public attention because of his position as a former leader of the Ndiga clan, one of Buganda’s prominent clans.
