Application Steps
- Prepare Required Documents:
- Recommendation Letters:
- One from your Zone leader.
- One from your current or former employer within the refugee settlement.
- Alternatively, clearance from OPM is acceptable.
- Personal Identification:
- A copy of your Attestation card, Refugee card, or National ID.
- A recent passport-sized photo.
- Bank Account Information:
- Ensure you have a registered bank account (SACCO accounts are not accepted).
- Include your TIN and NSSF numbers.
- Language Proficiency:
- Confirm your fluency in English and ability to translate at least two local dialects (Kiswahili or Somali is mandatory).
- Recommendation Letters:
- Write Your Application:
- Address your application to the Human Resource Department.
- Include a brief cover letter expressing your passion for community work and your relevant experience.
- Deliver Your Application:
- Hand-deliver your completed application and all required documents to the ARD offices located at Basecamp, opposite the UNHCR offices in Nakivale Refugee Settlement.
- Meet the Deadline:
- Ensure your application is submitted by October 1, 2024, at 4:00 PM. Late applications will not be considered.
