Summary:
Swift Minds is seeking a highly motivated Bank Branch Manager to oversee and manage banking operations in our client’s branch. This role requires an experienced leader with a strong background in financial management and loan administration.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies for loan products and ensure accuracy of loan contracts.
- Recruit, train, and manage loan officers.
- Oversee loan approval processes and client meetings.
- Monitor and manage loan documentation and application processes.
- Provide information on collateral and required documentation for loan processing.
- Coordinate loan application presentations to the credit office and manage client communications regarding loan statuses and payments.
- Approve loan-related letters and notices, and ensure timely follow-ups on payments.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Banking and Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a leadership role in a financial institution.
- At least 4 years’ experience as a credit officer or relationship manager.
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Advise on legal matters related to banking operations, contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Conduct legal research, analyze issues, and provide recommendations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations affecting the banking industry.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure legal compliance and assist in developing compliance policies.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel as needed.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
- Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice.
- Strong knowledge of financial laws and regulations.
