Position Overview
We are seeking two Finance & Operations Assistants to support the implementation of the USAID-funded Targeting the Learning Crisis (TLC) Activity. This role involves providing administrative and financial support to ensure effective project operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and manage office communications.
- Maintain an organized filing system for administrative and project documents.
- Supervise office cleanliness and security.
- Manage petty cash, handle utility payments, and coordinate events for staff welfare.
- Assist with procurement and vendor management.
- Support travel arrangements for staff and oversee inventory management.
- Conduct asset verifications and maintain the regional asset register.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, preferably with donor-funded projects.
- Familiarity with donor policies and project management.
Skills
- Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent report preparation and communication abilities.

Position Overview
We are looking for two Monitoring, Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Officers to oversee data collection, analysis, and reporting for the TLC Activity. This role will ensure the effective implementation of the MEL system, contributing to high-quality educational outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure timely and accurate data collection and analysis for the regional TLC program.
- Train staff on data collection methodologies and database management.
- Support audit requirements and assist in baseline surveys.
- Compile periodic reports for regional and donor requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Demography, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in MEL roles on donor-funded projects.
- Experience in education programs is a plus.
Skills
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g., STATA, SPSS).
- Familiarity with USAID reporting requirements and project management.
