Job Summary:
Huaye International Logistics Company is seeking a Graduate Trainee to join our dynamic team. As a Graduate Trainee, you will manage the import and export process by coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods. Your role will involve preparing and reviewing shipping and customs documents, and handling daily reports and system updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review shipping and customs documents.
- Manage daily reports and request container interchange.
- Track and update container positions and follow up on client cargo.
- Provide updates to clients and inquire about cargo releases in case of delays.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in procurement and logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and the capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Personal Attributes:
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and professional demeanor.
- Team-oriented with the ability to work independently.
