- Design and implement training programs, policies, and procedures.
- Develop training materials including manuals and online modules.

- Monitor and evaluate training programs for effectiveness.
- Manage the training budget and collaborate with departments to identify training needs.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a relevant field.
- Minimum of five (5) years proven experience as a Training Manager.

- Qualification in Training of Trainers and Coaching.
- Strong skills in training content development and report writing.
