Job Purpose
To support the installation and decommissioning of new enterprise clients across Uganda.
Key Responsibilities
- Links Installation: Ensure timely assignment and installation of new links, coordinating with field teams and the warehouse.
- Configurations: Generate configuration matrices, ensure local server configurations, and conduct end-to-end testing.
- NMS Management: Ensure visibility of new links and routers in the Network Management System (NMS).
- Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive link database and test new equipment.
- Process Management: Adhere to company processes and ensure compliance with partner contracts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering in a related field. Professional certification is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
- Skills: Creativity, resourcefulness, analytical skills, negotiation, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
- Links Installation: Assign new links to field teams, manage installation schedules, and escalate any issues affecting SLAs.
- Decommissioning: Oversee the decommissioning process and manage warehouse logistics for decommissioned links.
- Database Management: Maintain and update the link database, ensuring all configurations are current and accurate.
- Process Management: Ensure compliance with company processes and occupational health standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering. Professional certification is an added advantage.
- Experience: At least 2 years in a related role.
- Skills: Strong analytical and presentation skills, negotiation capabilities, and leadership.
