Role Description: Aldelia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to oversee our programs department. Reporting to the Head of Program Implementation, you will manage the technical, special projects, and coordination teams, ensuring the effective delivery and performance of our program roadmap across Uganda. Your role will be pivotal in integrating and enhancing agriculture and WASH strategies, overseeing project implementation, coordinating program activities, and leading knowledge management and reporting efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Serve as a strategic link between program implementation and support services. Mentor and guide team managers, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Program Development – Technical: Oversee technical teams (agriculture and WASH) to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Promote knowledge sharing and assess program performance.
- Program Coordination: Manage the program coordination team to address workplans and support program leadership.
- Special Projects Oversight: Manage restricted funding and pilot projects, ensuring compliance and effective implementation.
- Reporting and Documentation: Ensure accurate data for funder reports and support performance data analysis.
- Program Learning and Development: Lead annual reviews and support local knowledge management strategies.
Required Skills and Expertise:
- Degree in International Development, Public Administration, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- At least 10 years of experience in program management with significant leadership roles.
- Proven track record in managing diverse teams and complex projects.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in agriculture and rural development is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct field visits.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, you will ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure, leading a team of IT professionals. Your role will involve managing IT operations, implementing policies, evaluating new technologies, and providing technical support across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Guide the IT team, ensuring effective IT operations and support.
- System Management: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks.
- Policy Development: Develop and enforce IT policies to secure data and systems.
- Technology Evaluation: Recommend and implement new technologies and upgrades.
- Budget Management: Oversee IT budget and procurements.
