Qualification Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma from a recognized institution, preferably in Sales & Marketing, Business Studies, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within a financial or insurance institution.
• Strong integrity, analytical skills, organizational abilities, and computer literacy.
• Team player, self-starter with the ability to work towards achieving set targets.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Must be over 25 years of age, creative in solution finding, and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, and supervise a team of Sales Agents.
• Market the institution’s products to civil servants in both existing and new markets.
• Advise clients on borrowing and loan management.
• Resolve client issues promptly and escalate unresolved queries.
• Meet sales targets on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Assess and evaluate credit risk of clients according to institutional policies.
• Submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the Regional Manager.
