Job Purpose:
To ensure all customer vehicles are effectively fixed right the first time to achieve sales service revenue, throughput targets, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Technician:
- Accurately identify vehicle faults, parts, and execute repairs accordingly.
- Prepare and submit timely defect reports to the Supervisor.
- Conduct pre-delivery inspections of new vehicles.
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure vehicle functionality and longevity.
- Adhere to customer vehicle handling and tool standards.
- Provide quality workmanship by fixing vehicles correctly on the first attempt.
Educational and Experiential Requirements:
Minimum Education: Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or Advanced Motor Vehicle Certificate.
Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role.
Valid Driver’s License: Required for both positions, with competence in automatic and manual transmission.

Job Purpose:
To ensure customer satisfaction by effectively identifying customer needs and communicating them to the Workshop team for accurate and timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify customer needs and prepare accurate repair orders.
- Address and resolve customer complaints promptly.
- Update customers on the progress of work and notify them of any changes.
- Carry out post-service follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Adhere to Toyota Service Manual standards.
Educational and Experiential Requirements:
