Job Summary:
Middle East Consultants is seeking enthusiastic and experienced Waiters and Hostesses to join our team. The successful candidates will be instrumental in ensuring a superior dining experience for our guests. This role requires a friendly demeanor, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests warmly upon arrival.
- Take and process orders with accuracy and efficiency.
- Serve food and beverages to guests promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
- Address customer queries and provide helpful menu recommendations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a restaurant or hotel environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing).
- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree preferred.
Work Hours: 8 hours per day
