The Uganda National Examinations Board (UNEB) has announced the release of the 2023 Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) exam results, which came out on Thursday, March 7, 2024.

In light of this development, guidelines have been provided to parents, candidates, and stakeholders on how to obtain their results and collect the result slips.

Similar to the process for PLE and UCE results, individuals can check their UACE results directly on their phones via SMS. Simply type UACE <space> Full Index Number (e.g., 003301/368) and send it to 6600. This service is available on all mobile telecom networks for just shs 500 per SMS.

For those who prefer to check results online using the internet, headteachers and school administrators can access the results through the UNEB portal using their usual login details.

Here’s how to do it

Open your web browser and type in ereg.uneb.ac.ug/results. Fill in the candidate’s Index Number in the provided form and click SEARCH.

The candidate’s results will then be displayed on the page.

It’s important to note that this online service is completely free, requiring only an internet connection to access.
