Rema Namakula Postpones Release of New Video “Tonyt”, mourns Evelyn Lagu

According to reports, Singer Rema Namakula has delayed the release of her music video “Tonyt”.

The delay is in memory of fallen singer Evelyn Lagu whose sudden , tragic passing drew widespread sympathies from musicians and others all over the country.

In response to the tragic news, Rema Namakula earlier today via her socials announced the postponement of her anticipated new music video to allow the music farternity to mourn the fallen singer Evelyn Lagu.

“Out of respect for my fallen sister Evelyn Lagu, I have decided to pause the premiere of Tonyt video which was meant to happen in a few minutes. Will update you friends but in the meantime mukama bwatyo bwageze.
Rest well Evelyn Lagu mukwano” ,she posted.

Rema Namakula’s video release was scheduled for today September 18th at noon time before the tragic news of the death of Evelyn Lagu.

Evelyn Lagu passed on  today morning 18th September 2023 after years of battling kidney and heart complications.
