TikToker and influencer Sheilah Price has been summoned by the Kampala Metropolitan Police South CID to appear at Natete Police Headquarters on September 24, 2026, over an alleged kidnapping and theft case.
Price was summoned alongside security operative Kato Raymond following a complaint reportedly filed by electronics dealer Andrew Kasi of Pioneer Mall.
According to a summons dated September 22 and referenced KMP/SGEF 128/2026, Price is required to report before Detective Manyindo Annette and present relevant documents. The summons cites Section 21 of the Police Act.
Kasi reportedly alleges that he was grabbed from his shop, detained and extorted. He further claims that Price later posted content defending individuals allegedly involved in the incident.
The summons requires Price to report to police as investigations into the complaint continue.
However, the allegations against Price and Kato Raymond have not been proven, and no charges had been filed against either of them in connection with the claims at the time of publication.
