A video clip making rounds on social media alleges that analyst Tamale Mirundi’s son called Junior was reportedly arrested by the police and taken into custody earlier today.
As seen in the circulating clip, Mirundi Junior was seen arguing vehemently with the traffic officers before being lifted and thrown into their truck to be driven away to custody.
Mirundi Junior then gives the purported arresting officers instructions to call their superiors on his phone.
Mirundi Junior is the son of a popular journalist and author Tamale Mirundi who served as media and relation adviser to the reigning Ugandan President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni.
