Job Summary:

Platinum Credit (U) Ltd is seeking dynamic and motivated individuals to join their team as Sales Team Leaders for Civil Servant Loans. The primary responsibility of this role is to grow the branch’s portfolio across all products each month while ensuring high portfolio quality through effective team leadership and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Portfolio Growth: Develop and implement strategies to achieve monthly portfolio growth targets across all products.
• Team Recruitment and Leadership: Recruit, lead, and manage a team of Sales Agents to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Training and Support: Regularly train and support Sales Agents on processes to enhance their performance.
• Marketing Strategies: Develop and implement marketing strategies that assist Sales Agents in achieving their sales targets.
• Fraud Prevention: Enforce a zero-tolerance policy towards fraud within the team.
• Customer Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction in line with the company’s customer service charter.
• Team Discipline: Maintain discipline within the team, ensuring alignment with company values.

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a business-related field from a recognized institution.
• Experience: At least two years of relevant work experience, with at least one year in a leadership position.
• Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Proficient in office administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good computer and database management skills.
