Q-Sourcing Limited trading, operating as Q-Sourcing Servtec, is a leading manpower management solutions firm across East Africa. We are currently partnering with TOTALENERGIES to seek qualified and experienced candidates for critical roles within the Tilenga Project.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Oversee activities related to storage tanks, pressure vessels, separators, and heat exchangers from installation to Ready for Commissioning (RFC) stage.
- Control and monitor contractor construction activities.
- Review and ensure the implementation of Construction and Engineering documents.
- Ensure all risks are identified and mitigated.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements for quality and preservation of static equipment.
- Interface with QA/QC and other disciplines to address quality and project issues.
- Prepare reports and final documentation, and act on behalf of the IA Superintendent if required.
Qualifications:
- HND or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry, with at least 5 years in Pre-commissioning activities.
- Knowledge of Total group standards or other major IOCs.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Valid Medical Certificate compliant with company standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure Contractor adherence to Electrical and Instrumentation standards and procedures.
- Oversee E&I works by Contractors/Sub-contractors, ensuring quality and conformity to engineering design.
- Monitor and review ICAPS status and engineering documents.
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and calibration of E&I systems and equipment.
- Participate in technical reviews and resolve Technical Queries.
- Maintain communication with other disciplines and prepare relevant reports and documentation.
Qualifications:
- HNC or equivalent in Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in Oil and Gas or Petrochemical industry, with at least 5 years in E&I Pre-commissioning activities.
- Awareness of applicable industry codes and standards.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and valid Medical Certificate.
