Job Purpose:
Lead the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive company growth, meet commercial targets, and create long-term value. Report directly to the Group CEO.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute commercial vision and strategy to achieve business revenue goals.
- Provide strategic leadership for commercial growth and corporate business development.
- Advise the CEO on marketing trends and competitive strategies.
- Lead initiatives in branding, product positioning, pricing, and market access.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, and compliance. Report to the General Manager.

- Handle employment relations issues and manage recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with managers to implement people-related strategies.
- Oversee staff attendance, performance management, and employee development.
- Administer HR paperwork and conduct new employee inductions.
- Manage payroll, benefits, and pension schemes.
- Provide HR reports and handle confidential information responsibly.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field.
- 5 years of managerial experience, with demonstrated experience managing over 100 employees.
- Master’s Degree in Human Resource or related field is a plus.
- Strong administrative, negotiation, and communication skills
