Position Summary: Lira University is seeking to fill six (6) Stenographer Secretary positions. These roles are crucial in supporting the administrative functions of the university, ensuring efficient communication and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretarial support including typing, filing, and managing correspondence.
- Record and transcribe meetings, and prepare reports and minutes.
- Handle office communications and assist with scheduling and planning.
- Maintain confidential documents and manage office supplies.
Qualifications:

Working Hours:
