Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Projects Management: Oversee project setup, procurement, and transport management.
2. Human Resources: Manage staff contracts, recruitment, leave tracking, and ensure a safe working environment.
3. Financial Management: Handle project budgets, expenses, and petty cash.
4. Reporting: Ensure timely submission of reports and undertake assigned duties.
5. Facilities Management: Supervise utility payments, cleaning, and facility maintenance.

Person Specification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related field.
• Post Graduate Diploma in Project Management is an advantage.
• At least three years’ experience in administration within an international or research-based organization.
• Knowledge of finance, procurement, and office management.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Access.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

Job Purpose: Support clinical research by managing pharmacy operations, including dispensing and handling of drugs, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Clinical Care and Compliance: Ensure adherence to Good Pharmacy Practice and regulatory guidelines.
2. Procurement and Management: Assist with drug procurement, storage, and dispensing.
3. Drug Disposal and Compliance: Manage disposal of expired drugs following guidelines.
4. Stock Management: Maintain accurate records and perform stock-taking.
5. Training: Assist in training staff and updating SOPs.
6. Equipment Maintenance: Calibrate and service pharmacy equipment.
