Job Description:
As the Manager of Business Operations, you will be pivotal in steering strategic initiatives, optimizing organizational performance, and ensuring effective control frameworks. Your role will involve advising the MD, fostering key relationships, managing administrative tasks, and driving strategic projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advise the MD on strategic planning and performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain relationships with the MTN MoMo Board and external partners.
- Support the MD in business development and information management.
- Lead and coordinate administrative tasks and internal communications.
- Prepare and document information for meetings and ensure successful execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Post-Graduate qualifications in Finance or relevant fields.
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Telecom/ICT or FMCG, with 3 years at middle management level.
- Proven experience in project management and risk management.
- Strong communication skills and project management expertise.
Behavioral Qualities:

- Proficient in project management methodologies and tools.
