Job Purpose:


To ensure all customer vehicles are effectively fixed right the first time to achieve sales service revenue, throughput targets, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities:

Technician:

  • Accurately identify vehicle faults, parts, and execute repairs accordingly.
  • Prepare and submit timely defect reports to the Supervisor.
  • Conduct pre-delivery inspections of new vehicles.
  • Perform routine maintenance to ensure vehicle functionality and longevity.
  • Adhere to customer vehicle handling and tool standards.
  • Provide quality workmanship by fixing vehicles correctly on the first attempt.

    Educational and Experiential Requirements:
    Minimum Education: Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or Advanced Motor Vehicle Certificate.
    Experience: At least 2 years in a similar role.
    Valid Driver’s License: Required for both positions, with competence in automatic and manual transmission.

    Basic computer knowledge
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    Punctuality, integrity, and reliability

  • Adhere to Toyota Service Manual standards.
