Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and control major process lines (e.g., Crushers, Kilns, Mills).
- Ensure product quality throughout the manufacturing process.
- Monitor plant operations and maintain safety standards.
- Prepare shift reports and log process data.
- Troubleshoot and coordinate maintenance as necessary.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of National Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering.
- 3+ years’ experience in the cement industry.
- Certification in cement control room operations is an advantage.
