Job Purpose:

Lead the development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies to drive company growth, meet commercial targets, and create long-term value. Report directly to the Group CEO.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute commercial vision and strategy to achieve business revenue goals.
  • Provide strategic leadership for commercial growth and corporate business development.
  • Advise the CEO on marketing trends and competitive strategies.
  • Lead initiatives in branding, product positioning, pricing, and market access.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for business evaluations and assessments.
  • Make recommendations for new customers and credit limits.
  • Assess risks, ensure deadlines are met, and manage unexpected situations.
  • Identify expansion opportunities, including partnerships and new markets.
  • Support supply chain functions for brand growth.
  • Cultivate relationships with clients, employees, and partners.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory obligations and oversee financial aspects of the commercial function.
  • Build, coach, and retain a talented sales team and implement staff motivation programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • 10 years of experience in a senior commercial role.

Job Title: Human Resource Manager

Job Purpose:

Manage all HR functions including recruitment, training, compensation, employee relations, and compliance. Report to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle employment relations issues and manage recruitment processes.
  • Collaborate with managers to implement people-related strategies.
  • Oversee staff attendance, performance management, and employee development.
  • Administer HR paperwork and conduct new employee inductions.
  • Manage payroll, benefits, and pension schemes.
  • Provide HR reports and handle confidential information responsibly.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or related field.
  • 5 years of managerial experience, with demonstrated experience managing over 100 employees.
  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource or related field is a plus.
  • Strong administrative, negotiation, and communication skills
