Job Summary:
NCBA Bank is seeking a dedicated and experienced Enterprise Projects Officer to join our team. This role involves managing the PMO process implementation to enhance the efficiency, predictability, and consistency of the bank’s project delivery capability. The successful candidate will guide best practices, oversee operational PMO issues, and ensure projects align with the bank’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Control: Manage project Capex spend, ensuring all expenditures are budgeted and authorized.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and recommend improvements for efficiency and effectiveness in processes and products.
- Compliance & Efficiency: Ensure adherence to policies, processes, and tools to maintain compliance and cost efficiency.
- Project Management: Lead projects through all phases, including initiation, execution, and closure. Oversee budget, scope, time, quality, and stakeholder management.
- Reporting: Produce dashboards and reports for enterprise-wide project portfolio and resource utilization.
- Vendor Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with vendors and staff.
- Risk Management: Manage operational risks in business process design and implementation.
Ideal Candidate:
- Academic Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in ICT, Engineering, or Project Management.
- Professional Skills: Knowledge of PMBOK or Prince2, business analysis training, proficiency in office automation, banking technologies, and MS Projects.
- Experience: At least 3 years in Project Management within the Banking or Financial Services industry.

Job Summary:
NCBA Bank is looking for a skilled System Administrator Officer to oversee the implementation, management, and resolution of issues related to the bank’s network and servers infrastructure. This role ensures the optimal performance, availability, and security of the bank’s IT systems and infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance & Monitoring: Ensure optimal performance of servers, storage, backup systems, and network infrastructure.
- Documentation: Maintain and update system and network architecture diagrams and asset registers.
- Backup & Security: Oversee backup processes and ensure data protection and security compliance.
- Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate network and infrastructure projects.

- Experience: Three years of experience in infrastructure support, preferably within the banking or financial services sector.
